- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by clarifying the full scope so everything is handled efficiently. Most projects are bundled and scheduled once the scope and timeline are confirmed. We tend to book out far in advance so sometimes the lead time can be 2-3 weeks, especially during the very busy months. It's always best to book earlier in the month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the contractors I work with have over 10 years experience between freelance and working with other established tradesmen. They are vetted thoroughly to ensure when they show up to site they will deliver the same quality of work and customer service I would be proud to call my own.
