I never.. myself will hire him nor his group and I make sure that nobody do it neither very unprofessional and lack or knowledge, came to change a sink don't even have the tools to do it properly and on top I'm ending having a liquid that didn't have before ,result what he did I could do it on my own and charging $75 per hour and the jobe it wasn't done at all, he wasn't the one who came he sent somebody

Flor based on your initial request, our job was to replace the sink only. However, upon arrival, we noticed that your hot water angle valve was leaking. We informed you that we do not handle plumbing leaks and recommended hiring a specialized plumbing company, which would typically charge thousands of dollars. You refused and insisted we proceed. When we removed the old sink and cleaned the silicone, we discovered that the new sink you purchased did not match the required dimensions. We informed you of this issue, but instead of addressing it, you abruptly dismissed our plumber without explanation. This unprofessional behavior came across as discriminatory. Additionally, our plumber noted that we were unable to replace the faucet due to the leak in the hot water turn angle valve, which was not mentioned beforehand. The pop-up drain stopper you purchased also had an overflow, which is incompatible with your sink. You bought the incorrect one – we needed the another one, as it has threading for clamping along its entire length. We always aim to provide the best service, but proper materials and necessary repairs must be in place for a successful installation.

Mike and his team were absolutely disastrous. They started off the first few days OK and we paid them thousands and thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, they destroyed our wood floors, throughout kitchen cabinets, clogged bathroom toilets, worked outside the approved hours, all resulting in us spending thousands more to rectify their mistakes.

However, we would like to provide some important clarifications: 1) We were forced to leave the apartment because we were asked to stop work during its completion. Unfortunately, this prevented us from finishing the project. 2) Due to limited access to the apartment, we were unable to complete the cleaning and the rest of the renovation work that was part of our plan. 3) We had ordered new kitchen cabinets and were ready to install them if we had been given the time and opportunity to complete the project. 4) We offered several solutions to resolve the situation, including bringing in another team or cleaners to handle the cleanup, but unfortunately, these offers were declined. 5) We made every effort to resolve this conflict, but we were unable to reach an agreement with the owners. Our primary goal is to provide quality service, and we are always open to dialogue and resolving any misunderstandings.
