Brandon's team is very responsive with my request for re-grouting of my shower. I appreciate the fact that they have a COI as required by my condo and does not look at the job as being "too small". It is too early to tell the workmanship itself (but being a "crafter" - he does appear to take pride at his work as he spend time to ensure the haze is reduced, while many vendors just left it hazy). I can see me re-hiring his team for additional handy-man type of work.
