FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Figure out the scope of work 2. Provide estimates and recommendations 3. Get it done! ✅
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a 900 hour HVAC/Refrigeration program. I have also worked under some very skilled individuals who were kind enough to show me some trade secrets.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Following in my brother’s footsteps, I pursued a degree in computer science. After two years, I realized I didn’t enjoy sitting in front of the computer all day and so I dropped out. After that, I worked in construction for a bit and realized I really enjoyed working with my hands and that I was mechanically inclined. I wanted something more challenging than general construction, so I went to trade school and studied HVAC/Refrigeration. Fast forward to now, I am the in-house refrigeration technician and head of maintenance for a meal subscription service company that delivers 50,000 meals daily from a 40,000 sq ft facility.
