I have over 25 years experience teaching all ages and levels. I have a Masters degree in music, and I teach jazz, blues, rock, classical and folk. It gives me pleasure to see my students achieve their goals. I enjoy being able to motivate my students and to exchange ideas.

Kevin is a pro, through and through. I couldn't ask for a more patient, knowledgable teacher! I've taken lesson with Kevin for a few months now, and my music theory and guitar playing have benefited substantially. Kevin always has ideas for exercises to help reinforce a concept we're working on. Despite his incredible expertise, he is always patient and approachable, never pretentious or "over-my-head". I only wish I'd started taking lessons with him sooner! I would 100% recommend Kevin.

Studied with many people over 3 decades ... Kevin is the most accomplished as a teacher and mentor. Kind, patient, gracious, understanding and immediately focused on my weaknesses, for which I am grateful. He is customizing a lesson plan to help me build a global style. Very pleased, any guitarist would be lucky to have Kevin's time.

I play rock bass but never learned chords or theory, which held me back. KEVIN was able to identify my strengths and weaknesses within the first lesson and has put together lessons that have been consistently fun and effective, with just the right level of challenge. He made me feel comfortable , which is enabling me to take on new challenges. Very patient and skilled.
