I gut renovated my kitchen and used Koleci Construction. Ndue, my contractor, and his team were amazing. Ndue told me it would take 6 weeks and he was finished exactly at 6 weeks, which is astounding in NYC. Ndue responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner and he and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. They showed up on time everyday and worked all day. Even after the project was done, Ndue came back to fix some minor issues. I have recommended Ndue and Koleci Construction to all my friends. When I gut renovate my bathroom I will be calling Koleci Construction to do the work.

We were skeptical about all the positive reviews as we’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past. However, Ndue surpassed our expectations. He expertly removed an interior wall, and made it look like it never existed. From the floors to the walls and ceiling to the moldings, everything was done so well. Ndue was communicative in the process leading up to and throughout the project, and completed the work with quality and precision. Ndue and his crew did an amazing job cleaning up on the last day. We will definitely be hiring him for our home improvement needs moving forward and will recommend him to friends and family.

Ndue and his team were great. Very responsive and efficient without compromising the integrity and exactness of the project. They demo-ed, retiled, and repainted to leave our second bathroom beautifully renovated. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Ndue and his team were able to turn a disaster that was caused from a previous contractor into beautiful wood floors in a matter of 8 days. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions along the way of how best to optimize results. I will be contracting Ndue for any future remodeling projects that I will need. He is reliable and fair through and through.

I live in a Prewar UWS 1 BR apartment looking to do a gut renovation of my bathroom and have the entire apartment painted. I found Ndue on Thumbtack, which was a service I was new to. He responded right away and scheduled a time to come over. After the meeting he offered me to visit a project he was working on in the neighborhood. We had a few more meetings/discussions. Ndue was always very responsive and reliable. I had to live away during the demolition/construction but Ndue was always in contact during the time. I am very happy with the bathroom and the painting and would highly recommend him.
