Our Designer project managers and team, shop with you, handle orders, deliveries, installations, take care of all building paperwork and permits. Knockout did a full gut renovation on my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in 2015 and I cannot say enough good things about them. The designer I worked with was absolutely standout, helped me stay in budget and still get the look I was after. The workers and tradesmen who came to the apartment during the reno (which my dog and I were still living in) all were very careful and did nice work. I especially appreciated how clean and careful they were to ensure my dog didn't get in to anything, even when the apartment was a fully open workspace. The renovation work came with a 7 year warranty on the work done and now, five years later, I can say that Knockout has 100% stood by their work. I've had only a few minor items arise that I've called them about in the past five years, but in each case, Keith and his team were responsive and the people they sent to address each item were prompt, helpful and very effective. Am loving my "new" apartment and looking forward to my next renovation project with the Knockout team.

Our one-bedroom apartment in the West Village was in serious need of renovation. Both the plumbing and the electricity had not been updated since the 1950s. We found Knockout Renovation’s services excellent. They rewired the entire apartment and replaced all the plumbing. Working with our Account Coordinator was wonderful. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. We received weekly reports on the progress as well as the expenses. These were supplemented with photos. Knockout was on schedule and on budget. They exceeded our expectations.

When I became interested in renovating and modernizing my bathroom,I reached out to numerous design and build firms. I got detailed quotes from 4 different firms, while Knockout Renovation didn't provide the cheapest quote, it was very competitive and I felt most comfortable proceeding with them.Both June and Keith have been great to work with and they helped me make the best of my space and proposed designs that fit my needs and aligned with what was important to me.The approval from the co-op board was a struggle and I had to negotiate on some matters with the board. This added significant delays to the work start date and I didn't get approval for everything I wanted. The delays threw some of my plans off. While these delays weren't coming from Knockout, rather from the co-op board, my feedback to Knockout would be to keep track of the average time co-op boards take to approve bathroom renovations and set expectations with clients accordingly.Once the project was finally started, Knockout Renovation delivered on the actual demolition and reconstruction work on time and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I'm extremely happy with the outcome, the bathroom looks and functions great! I would use Knockout Renovation in the future again. Thank you for everything!

We provide an extensive work scope of what the project will cost. Each item is listed and cost provided for each aspect of the renovation project. Our clients love this because it gives them the choice of picking and choosing based on need and cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a conversation with our Office Team, we book an in the house or virtual consultation where our talented Designer - Project manager can evaluate space take the measurement, and collect and media, data, or inspiration from the client. After this, we present our Labor and products proposal and avg 5 to 7 days later in our office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend industry webinars as a team and provide training for each new tool or procedure we encounter. @31+ years serving NYC homeowners, we have a lot of knowledge in our field and appreciate that there is always more to learn.
