- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1)For any order (except "instant booking"), you will receive from me a 10% discount from the regular price using the promo code "HANDYMAN -10%"! 2) If you use "instant booking", then the cost of "instant booking" fee may be added to the price for services. 3) The price for the assembly of the chair is indicated when ordering a general assembly of 2 pieces of furniture or more, or with some additional work. In any case, the minimum cost of any order cannot be lower than the cost of one hour of work ($70 per hour). 4)Regular prices for furniture assembly are indicated for the first hour of assembly, the second and next hours are paid at a rate of $70 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer places an order preferably with photos or links. Next, we coordinate the working conditions and the most convenient time for the customer to complete the order. After that, the employee arrives at a convenient time and at the address specified by the customer. The work is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible so that the customer is completely satisfied! At the end of the order, the customer pays for the order in any convenient way and leaves a fair review.
