- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is just one flat rate, as shown on Thumbtack.com.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is discuss the customer's goals. This allows me to get a sense of where to start and what to focus on. I also ask about their weaknesses so we can target them and strengthen them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a native English speaker with a BA in Communication, and have several years of experience teaching language both one-on-one and in a classroom setting.
