Masters in Jazz Performance, established New York musician, I am a Brazilian Jazz musician based in NYC that has more than a decade of experience in teaching and playing drums/piano in the most diverse styles, from Brazilian music to contemporary jazz. Each student is unique so course is personalized for the student needs. I teach mainly pop, rock, blues, jazz, classical, funk, RnB at an affordable cost, daily internet assistance and all ages and levels accepted. My approach to teaching comes from what I call "Self-consciousness of progress". When the student himself realizes how better he is after a few lessons. To make that happen I support my lessons with a ton of great methods and materials acquired on more than a decade teaching around the world.
Lessons are fun and relaxed. Each student has a different goal. Either if you just want to come and learn a few tunes or get really deep into studying the instrument I am here to help and adapt to your needs.
The first class is directed to discuss what are your goals and make a good learning plan to accomplish them as fast as possible.
Lessons are directed to archive the following basic goals:
1) - Just play your favorite songs /or
2) - Learn the instrument from the beginning /or
3) - (people with more experience) - Improve in the instrument targeting a more professional path.

I also help people to prepare for drum auditions. For this subject, I will tell you how to get ready for an audition. If you are trying to get in a college I have many contacts around the country and know how most auditions work and can help you with any question there might be. For auditions for band we can work on repertoire and behavior to get you ready and all set to get accepted.
ENTERTAINMENT BAND:
Services for weddings or other events.
We are a multi-style band prepared to bring joy and excitement to your event or party. We perform in New York greater area and are able to adapt for each individual request the client may need regarding instruments and musical repertoire or special requests.
The band consists originally in a quintet formed of bass/drums/guitar/sax/vocals. Instruments can be added or subtracted according to the client will.
We play anything from Brazilian music to instrumental Jazz to Pop.
We will provide all equipment. Get ready to have an amazing party !
