Brian and the team at Happy Tails have been accommodating, prompt, friendly and reliable. We only needed to have Rocky, our Havanese, walked once or twice weekly for now, but we also needed him walked a lot more when we were out of town. Brian was unfazed by our complicated scheduling and accommodated cheerfully. Rocky has been having lots of fun and is happily tired out from all the exercise. He likes Brian and Patrick and making new dog friends to walk with. I love getting the text & photo update after the walk!

Brian and Steven have been the absolute best to work with! They take such good care of our little Frenchie, Olive, on her walks. Extremely trustworthy and very accommodating! I highly recommend PlayPalsNYC!!

Brian has walked our dog for about a year now. We loved our old walker and we love Brian. He is great with the dog, he is diligent and trustworthy. You should definitely feel comfortable with him!

Brian is a fantastic caretaker of my dog Simone. Simone is not just a pet to me but a family member and I am feel completely comfortable having Brian take her on walks and looking after her. Brian is extremely caring, compassionate, empathetic, responsible and responsive. Anytime I have had to ask Brian to put booties on Simone because she had a cut on her paw or tell me how her mood was when I thought she was sick, Brian was more than happy to add this special touch to the routine. I always get the feeling that Brian truly does care for Simone and is such a fan of dogs in general. You definitely want Brian as your caretaker/dog walker!
