- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will send you our rates, which haven't changed in 25+ years. Then you can choose what you want. We offer 15 minute walks, 30 min. walks, 1 hour walks or housesitting in your home 7 days/week & holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send them our policies and rates so they can choose what they need and when they want us to show up for walks. Then I figure out who is best for their dog(s) or cat(s) and location or schedule. We then set up a meeting and if needed can get started right away. Although we love meeting owners, there are actually some we've rarely if ever seen since being hired 10 years ago. That said, I'm always available by text or email quickly for communication and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As long as I take care of animals the way I have taken care of my own my whole life and make sure all my walkers do, we're great! I personally train all walkers to make sure they're doing exactly what I have done the last 25+ years when I'm walking dogs myself (and I do-- usually in the early morning!)
