- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts Available for- -Lesson Sets of 4 or more, scheduled and paid for in advance -Group Lessons of 2 or more people Cancellation Policy- 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson. If notice is received less than 24hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 60% or lesson cost will be charged. No Show- If you do not show up for a lesson, you will be charged the full cost of the lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identifying each indiviual’s goals and creating a lesson plan to help achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors in music from Northwestern University and my Masters in Music Fromm DePaul University.
