- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel reimbursement required for any event that is inaccessible via MTA Subway. Any travel/commute that exceeds one hour (one-way) will incur a travel rate of $10/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LIVE MUSIC 1. Confer with client on their event's needs: the mood, client expectations, how many musicians are needed, & any song requests. (Happy to discuss via message or phone call.) 2. Book it! 3. Show up on the day with all gear, set up in client's designated "stage" area, and perform! SONGWRITING 1. 10-minute phone call: Answer basic questions about the project & assess if we’re a good collaborative fit! 2. Confirm agreement based on your project’s needs (& start summoning the muses!) 3. Send Case any relevant materials (demos/recordings, lyrics, concept ideas, & any artists/songs that inspire your process). 4. Hour-long consultation/jam session: Brainstorm song, decide what direction to take it, and build the bones. (We may finish the song in this session.) 5. After jam sesh, Case finalizes song + records a demo & transcription, if applicable. (We’ll decide on these details in our initial phone call.)
