LEAP designed an amazing new facility that supports Capital Roots' mission to provide healthy food access, nutritional and horticultural education, and urban greening programs. The new building includes a local food marketplace, food processing hub, community space and co-working commercial kitchen spaces. The expansion had to go through multiple design iterations and budgeting efforts, and LEAP Architecture stuck with us throughout the entire project, helping us overcome the hurdles we encountered and providing the design, value engineering, redesign, and project management necessary to successfully complete the project. Working with LEAP was a terrific experience!

We offer a free 30 min consultation by appointment. If it seems like a good fit, we recommend our Vision & Strategy Plan, which provides a low cost initial snapshot of your project and answers questions about feasibility, budget and overall goals.
