- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fixed pricing for appliance installation and service maintenance. For appliance repairs, we charge a $99 service call fee, which includes the technician's visit to your location and a full diagnostic of the unit. If the issue is minor, the repair cost will remain at the service call fee. For more complex repairs requiring parts replacement or control board reprogramming, we will provide the customer with a detailed estimate after the diagnosis. If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, only the $99 service call fee is charged. We also have a flexible discount system. For details about current promotions, feel free to call us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer can schedule an appointment by calling us directly, filling out a request on our website, or booking a service call through Thumbtack. At the scheduled time, our technician will arrive to perform the necessary diagnostics and repair work. Once the job is completed, the customer can pay for the services and any required parts using their preferred payment method, including credit card payments directly to the technician on-site. All work performed by IceFixPro is backed by a 90-day warranty for your peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have specialized education, verified qualifications, insurance, and proper licensing. Additionally, they undergo annual training and skill upgrades at Whirlpool training centers and with appliance parts suppliers to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies.
