- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call is generally 125.00 for the visit , includes diagnostic, estimate, and advice. If we need to return with parts the service call will be Included as part of the total job.

Typically I try to troubleshoot over the phone, gather information such as issues, concerns and MODEL number,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience working for and contracting for various companies, my experience and expertise grows daily as I study appliances and trends , schematics and other technical data on my spare time, I belong to a large network of technicians and we share information and resources with eachother.
