Dante was OK but didn’t come fully prepared. I sent links to everything I wanted assembled ahead of time but he configured my sofa incorrectly (u shape instead of double chaise). I also hired him to hang hooks and he damaged my freshly painted and patched wall and did not tell me.

He didn’t build my bed correctly there are alot of missing screws the bed is wobbly. He was supposed to come fix it but never did. He’s also super unprofessional. Someone else on thumbtack had to help me screw on the bolts tighter however there is still so many missing screws and he knew this and left thinking I would never find out.

My process is to make sure the customer knows that I’m coming by text message and phone call before I arrive. I also take pics of deliveries and drop offs.
