To start, very good communication. He arrived on time. Very respectful and greeted me with a smile. He was organized and cleaned up before he left. He was able to disassemble my old bed and assemble my new bed and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend and will use his service again!

My process is to make sure the customer knows that I’m coming by text message and phone call before I arrive. I also take pics of deliveries and drop offs.
