- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is all based on the scope of work. We accept insurance claims in case of water damage mitigation services for clean water source or sewage backup cleaning and restoration. Our charges are all in Xactimate for the restoration portion of the water damage. The plumbing charge depends on the service required. Either way we offer professional visual inspections for free to our clients as well as the property damage consulting process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To us is very basic, stating from determine the source of the loss and the repairs involved to stop the potential secondary damage and then the verification of coverage by the insurance policy. Between this steps we always offer professional consulting if the damages turn to be an insurance claims. We are a very transparent company with our clients and customers and to us customer satisfaction is a major deal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a veteran in the industry of 20 years I can personally say that from devastating water damage, Mold removal project and/ or fire and smoke cleaning we can cover all basis and create always a happy client due to the attention to details and the communication we offer each and everyone of our customers. We are full licensed and certified by the IICRC on water damage, mold remediation and removal and fire and smoke cleaning & restoration.
