- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $575 which includes essential coordination services such as creating and managing invitations, reaching out to vendors, finding decorators, DJs, hairstylists, makeup artists, and helping you choose a theme or outfits (like wedding or baby shower dresses). I also coordinate directly with vendors on your behalf, keeping you updated for approvals. Additionally, I’m available daily via text for questions and updates leading up to your event and afterward. • If you’d like me to attend the event to ensure everything runs smoothly, there’s an additional fee of $100. Any extra services beyond basic coordination can be discussed and agreed upon during our planning process. My goal is to offer transparent and flexible pricing to fit your needs while ensuring a seamless event experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation, either in person or virtually, where we discuss the customer’s vision, needs, and budget. From there, I create a customized plan outlining the timeline, services, and next steps. Once the plan is approved, I handle everything from vendor coordination and bookings to design details and logistics. Throughout the process, I provide regular updates and am available for questions or adjustments. For local events, I’m also present on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. This streamlined approach makes planning stress-free and enjoyable for my clients.

ave that relates to your work? • I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies, which equipped me with strong organizational and communication skills essential for event planning. As an HR professional, I’ve developed expertise in managing complex tasks, problem-solving, and coordinating with diverse teams—skills that are directly applicable to coordinating events. Though self-taught in event planning, I continually expand my knowledge through industry resources and hands-on experience to ensure I deliver seamless and memorable events.
