Sump pump for the bathroom died. Previous home owner used sump pump for water instead for sewage. Mark was very responsive. He came to check the issue immediately and gave the very reasonable quote. He quickly ordered the right pump and installed it next day. We all homeowners need such a honest and hardworking plumber in our life. Highly recommended. I will use him next time for sure

We are very glad that we hired Pro Master (Mark) to help us with some HVAC issues. We hadn’t been able to get out hot water fully hot. He traced the problem to the mixing valve and some issues with our tank. While replacing the valve an issue arouse with the tank and he worked hard to fix it (literally saving us a thousand dollars). He also installed a vent for our clothes dryer. Great work and we’re thankful.
