Working with Pat has immediately helped me both in my career as well as support my own well-being. I suffer from anxiety both inside and outside the workplace, the exercises and tips I got from my sessions with Pat have helped me both be more confident and calm in work, and deal with adversity outside of the office. Each session does a great job of building on the prior one, and Pat does a great job of striking a balance between providing guidance while still letting me drive the conversation and use the tools that will benefit me the most.
