- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is based on the details of the job. Number of people, location, cost of travel, length and thickness of the hair, whether we will be using hair extensions or hair pieces and the intricacies of the desired style/styles. I do require a 20% deposit to secure the day and time requested. This can be sent to me via Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people, so our initial conversation holds a lot of weight in moving forward. I like to really get to know and understand the client and what they want and make that happen to the best of my ability. My job is to make my clients feel special and beautiful and when they do, my job is the most rewarding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist. I also participate in continuing my education through visual and hands on classes, that are parallel to todays trends. I also have a Bachelors Degree is Business and a Masters degree in corporate finance.
