- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on dietary preferences and restrictions I will send a sample menu then I am happy to fine tune the menu to best suite each guest
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working Immersed in the fields of agriculture, from scratch cooking and baking all of my life. I have taken a variety of more formal classes and worked in several kitchens and trained by some phenomenal chefs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a long line of Farmers, Butchers and Chefs, I have been a private chef for over 10 yrs
