- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly Service Rate is $145/hr plus parts and tax. We also offer fixed rate pricing for larger or more complex projects (Site Survey required). While ideally a site survey is required to provide the most accurate cost estimate for any project If a site survey is not possible we will estimate the cost of the project based on similar installations done in the past. Please note that ALL estimates WITHOUT a site survey will be billed at our hourly service rate and final cost may differ from any provided estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OSHS, LLC will collect your pertinent information and schedule a site survey. Upon completion of the survey an estimate or quote will be sent to the email address you provide. Upon signature acceptance of the estimate or quote deposit payment (if applicable) will be requested to order parts necessary to complete the project (if applicable). When all of the parts are in stock OSHS, LLC will schedule a day and time that works for you to complete the project. Any remaining balances will be due immediately upon project completion.

All OSHS, LLC technicians are highly trained professionals with over 15 years experience in the field.
