- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Apart from the price of my service, I charge an additional travel fee for locations over 30 miles of Middletown, NY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to set up a vibe check call (Phone or Virtual). It is important that we enjoy working with each other. Whether it is a few weeks, months, or a year, it is a good feeling to work with someone who cares about your day and is invested in your special day. After the vibe check, and a couple have chosen me, my services begin with a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from being an ordained minister from Universal Life Church, I have continued my education through Unboring! Wedding Academy certification by Mark Allan Grouleau, and honing my public speaking and writing skills though various college courses.
