- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company prides itself on professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our pricing is aligned to our level of performance and quality. We ensure that our pricing is accurate at the first estimate so that there are no surprises for our customer as the project progresses to completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer understanding the customer needs and expectations are paramount. We start by fact finding and learning the project requirements. After the facts are obtained we work with the customer to develop a solution that meets expectations. We then estimate project cost and timeframe. After all of these steps are satisfactory we begin implementation. We provide a quality implementation and our projects are only complete once our customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over 50 years in combined experience in the trades and service categories that we work in. We have professional training from trade schools, military, and OJT training programs.
