We hired Yanni to power wash our house and wash all of our windows (mostly very large windows across two stories) and had a great experience. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate and work with. It was a full-day job in hot weather and he worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to make everything sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend him and book him again in the future!

From the initial contact on Thumbtack to payment when my job was completed my experience with Shine Right was excellent. I had all 41 windows in my home cleaned inside and out as well as the screens sills and frames. They came out spotless and streak free. I would most definitely recommend doing business with them and I will put my money where my mouth is and be using them annually to keep the windows 🪟 on my home looking and functioning their best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we aren't a bargain company that washes any house for 200 dollars. we been doing this a long time and working for very high end customers we pay attention to detail and we leave every job so that besides the house being clean they would never know you were there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
that really depends on the job every job is so different
