- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly fee for relationship coaching and counseling is flexible based on your budget. Each case is different and we base the pricing on the level of complexity. We do offer discounts and sliding scale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For relationship coaching and counseling we provide a deep look into what is causing conflict as well as arguments. We start with why is there past hurts or lack of trust. We help couples develop better communication by looking at personality models. There are many tools we use with helping those get to a better place in their relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Janet has an MSW and 20 years of counseling experience. Lisa has a BA in Philosophy and Economics, MBA in Finance and Certifications in Career Counseling and Health Coaching. Extensive training in personality typology including Enneagram and MBTI. Experience with inner child bonding to heal trauma, depression and anxiety. Cognitive behavioral experience training for anxiety.
