I am currently and have been in the Veterinary/Animal care business for over 20 years. I will provide you and your pet with exceptional service guaranteed. I have experience in all aspects of animal care whether it be pet sitting/bathing/grooming/gland expression to the treatment of your pet - fluids/medicating/shots etc. I will accomidate you to what ever fits your needs. I know it is hard to find the right person for your beloved pet but I will assure you that I am honest, trustworthy and take every job I get seriously. I understand this is your baby and will treat them in the same loving manner in which you do. I am pretty flexible and willing to help in whatever way I can. Michelle was amazing! My cat was so mean to her but she didn't give up, he decided to be nice to her after a while and she cut his nails. I couldnt help but give her more than what she was asking for. I'm 110% satisfied with how she handled my itty-bitty.

I've tried a bunch of groomers in the area (I live in merrick) and honestly the one who made me and my dog the most comfortable is Michelle! My dog usually comes home tired and anxious from grooming but with Michelle she comes home happy and adorable. The hair cut is always great and Michelle is so acomidating and really loves the dogs. I really can't recomend her enough!

There is no one else I would trust my babies to. Michelle the most talented groomer out there. One of my dogs is normally so timid and has a hard time with others but not with Michelle! Her calm demeanor and her love for what she does is above all!! She us really the best!!!

Every job is different, everyone's needs are different. Pricing is judged job per job. I am willing to work with people yes - I may not be the cheapest out there but I can assure you I will provide you with exceptional care
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to get some information about your pet. What are the services you are requesting? What are your expectations? What is the temperament of your pet? What is your routines? Then we can set up a date time and all the specifics
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Practice Manager at a busy animal hospital in Nassau County. I have a Bachelors in Business/Accounting as well as a Bachelors degree in Pre-Veterinary. Over the years I have taken many Continuing Education courses in animal health/Vet teching/managing/grooming Every year in this field we are required to do so to maintain our knowledge in the Veterinary field.
