I am absolutely thrilled with the installation of our new camera surveillance system for our multifamily property, and I can't recommend Odyssey enough.The installer took the time to walk us through the system beforehand, explaining the cameras, their capabilities, and answering any questions we had. It was clear that they were highly knowledgeable and experienced in setting these kinds of things up.The installation itself was done with incredible care. My building is relatively newly remodeled, and they were meticulous in planning the placement of the cameras to ensure full coverage of common areas, entrances, hallways etc.After the cameras were installed, they took the time to fine-tune the system, adjusting angles and settings. They walked me through how to use the system remotely, which was incredibly helpful.Overall, the professionalism and expertise exceeded our expectations.
