- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will offer 1 month of maintenance fees free for the first year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial call to understand the pain points that they are having with the property management of their homes or investment properties. From there we set up a second call to discuss the solutions that we offer to resolve their pain points. The last step is to do a walkthrough of the property, either on our own or with the owner. Once we contract, we will create professional pictures, list and market the property and seek qualified residents for the properties.

We have a licensed real estate salesperson. We have over 30 years of experience in service industries.
