We had our place washed June 17th & we were pleased with the quick response for a quote, professionalism & the care to make sure I was pleased on that day. The house and windows cane out great, with a couple of the glass somewhat spotty, but I have not called them to comeback and fix it. That said, all came out good., I would use them again but I would not recommend doing it when it’s hot. ( our day was humid but not hot, hot) The reason being that they use a mix of bleach and other soaps, and although they were very careful and they are constantly using fresh water to wash down the mix of soaps, some of the grass nearest to the house did yellow. On a very hot day it may kill the grass in the area. We did water the area near the house prior to the crew coming and still it can happen.

I thought I needed a new roof but all I needed was to get it cleaned! David did amazing job cleaning my roof, house, deck and driveway. Softwashing is the way to go. No more powerwashing.

My house was power washed today by Gulf Bay, and what a great job they did. My house was so dirty from the last 2 yeards of bad weather, but they did a very good job, as well as clean up. They are very responsive and the great value for what I paid. I will use them again, and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is unique to each customer, and specific equations are used for each individual surface that carries it’s own treatment. We don’t “mow” down surfaces like pressure washing does, but instead, treat and kill the source.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding exactly what they are looking for, the type of treatment that is required, and educating them on our unique and highly effective process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the only SoftWash Systems Certified company on Long Island. All of our technicians have over 80 hours of classroom training and testing even before they can go out in the field to complete proficiency training. This is a highly regulated and systemized process that is in place to protect the customer and their homes.
