- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are so confident in our inspections that, if for some reason you do not buy the house inspected, we will give you a 10% Discount on the next Inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we would chat by phone or text, as I would like to know of any concerns that you, the buyer, might have about the property to be inspected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed and insured, with over 20 years of direct construction and real-estate experience.
