Our initial step involves a crucial onsite estimate, recognizing that pictures may not capture hidden issues behind walls or the actual starting problem. Following this assessment, we provide a detailed written proposal via email, allowing clients insight into the scope of the job. We prioritize flexibility, always open to adjusting pricing and job details to better suit our clients' needs. Upon approval of the proposal, we coordinate a specific time and date to commence the project, ensuring transparency and convenience for our valued clients.
