This was my first experience using this app and the contractor I worked with was fantastic. He was really responsive on the chat, he confirmed, he showed up on time, he worked diligently on putting a desk together and completed it in less than an hour. He also cleaned up any mess that was made, and he actually hauled away my old desk for me. Overall, it was a A+ experience. I highly recommend him
