- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
absolutely, materials + labor= price. Its pretty simple really. Flat rates for siding, roofing, sheathing, sheetrock.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would meet introduce myself and go over the project options that pertain to their project. What budget they are working with to keep the project on scope. Present some of my work for them to see and take time to go over every detail with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
