- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial visit is always waived when any work is being done. At which point the job can be looked at and a price will be given on the spot. No pressure or obligation, we are here to answer all of your questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival the customer will give us a verbal description of the problem along with a walk through. Once done we can then give the customer multiple options on how the issue can be fixed that can be modified to fit their budget, at which point the customer chooses how they would like to proceed.
