I didn’t get an opportunity to work directly with Liz, but I had a situation where someone I hired to pack all of my belongings, as I’m moving, did not show up. Although, Liz already had appointments scheduled she was willing to work around that to schedule a time to assist me. I did not want to inconvenience her, so I ended up packing myself. Liz even checked in with me from time to time to see how I was coming along, and contacted me today to see if I still needed help. I really appreciate that. If you want to refer a friend or family member, they get $10 off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process is a free quote. The customer can either send me photos beforehand or I look at the job in person. Then I let them know my hourly rate and the materials that I will need that they will have to leave a deposit for. Then we go and book the appointment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing organizing in my friends and families homes for years, but this year I decided to take my journey into my own hands and start my business.
