- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet with a perspective client in their residence or office in order to review the situation, discuss the issues and decide if we agree to move forward together on the project. If we move ahead, we discuss the project objectives and outline the goals, the schedule and budget to achieve the objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member with National Association of Productivity and Organizing professionals (NAPO). As a member, I have completed training courses designating me as a Professional Organizer. I have also completed courses in a variety of organizing skills and techniques to enhance the services I provide my clients
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around for an organizer. Visit websites for the types of services and fees. Check out reviews and testimonials. Are the there before and after pictures of projects? The bottom line is select a Professional Organizer with whom you feel comfortable with. We are here to help you!
