- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is an experience that I treasure. Customer satisfaction and quality service is my number one priority while performing service for a new customer. I want to be your life-long plumber- as such, I make sure this is the best plumbing experience you have ever had. To begin a new service the process starts with my ability to estimate materials, equipment costs and labor time. I have been doing this for 30+ years and I works well independently and without supervision while being as effective & efficient as possible. I am always extremely organized and I maintain efficient and accurate records and daily activity reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an expert in Repairs & Installations, Sewer & Drain Cleaning. I possess top level knowledge in assembling, modifying and fixing plumbing systems; demonstrating track record troubleshooting complex plumbing systems. I have an experienced background working with a range of pipe materials and fittings. Sound abilities in installing pipes fixtures for water, heat and drainage systems with extensive knowledge of trade practices and plumbing codes. Efficient execution of plumbing orders using blueprints and drawings. Years of adept at utilizing and maintaining plumbing tools and equipment. Proficient with safely making holes in walls and ceilings to access piping & very skilled in measuring and cutting different size pipes. I worked 8 years in Plumbers local Union 200 before starting my own company in 1994
