We have a small business & we were in need of some upgrades/maintenance on an old computer. We are not very tech savvy, so this was a bit intimidating. We called North Massapequa Computers on a recommendation & we are so happy that we did! From the first phone call they were so helpful! They walked us through what would need to be done to get us up to speed, answered all of our questions thoroughly & gave us a time frame, pricing, etc. We dropped off the computer & it was ready for pick up in a timely manner. Once back at our store, we ran into a few issues setting it back up (nothing to do with any of the updates that they did) & again they were quick to help. They were extremely accommodating in helping with this as well & made the transition seamless. I would highly recommend them! Thank you so very much Austin and Zach! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

I am so glad glad I decided to call North Massapequa Computers when I was having a problem with my laptop. My computer is 10 years old and I thought I was finally going to have to buy a new laptop. I need my computer daily now for my teaching. so when my keyboard stopped working properly I was not happy. I needed something right away. Before just ordering a new machine I decided to find out about fixing mine. I called and spoke to Zack who was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get right in and when he explained how inexpensive it would be to replace my keyboard I decided I would do that. He then explained how he could upgrade my old laptop and I could not be happier. He also had to order the keyboard - but since he knew I used the computer each day to teach - I was able to use a loaner keyboard to attach to mine until the part arrived!! He upgraded the machine right away and I am soooooo impressed at how fast it works now!!! The keyboard arrived quickly and Now I feel like I do have a new laptop! Zack is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am glad I now have somewhere to turn with computer problems. Although a new computer will be great - I definitely did not want to have to rush into a purchase. I would recommend Zack at North Massapequa Computers to anyone who has computer needs. My upgraded machine is working GREAT and when I am ready to purchase a new one I will definitely call on Zack!

There's a new computer repair store in town operating out of the site we used for over 20 years, Kita Computers until Ray retired. I stopped in recently when I needed repairs on my laptop. After quizzing the owner, Zach, and finding him to be friendly with a wealth of knowledge I left my laptop for repairs. A few hours later I received a call that repairs were completed. I was very satisfied with the repairs and found the charges to be very fair.North Massapequa Computers is now my go to repair shop.
