- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee covers design services only. Furniture, materials, and installation are extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a brief questionnaire on Setmore, helping assess their needs, then the customer needs to schedule a free 10-min call (still on Setmore) to address any questions. Next Step is a scheduled paid in-home consultation for in-depth discussion of the design and a proposal will be sent out. After the client agrees to the proposal, contract signing will happen and the project will proceed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Interior design has always been a passion, even during my 10 years in real estate. It started with helping friends with their homes, but in 2018, things really clicked. We bought a fixer-upper and renovated it completely. That hands-on experience with the design and construction process is what made me take the leap and pursue interior design full-time.
