What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are independently owned and operated. You will speak to the owner on your case. Our rates varies on the type of work requested, as well as how many investigators that are needed. We will work with your budget and come up with a investigative plan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation to discuss the customers needs, and answer any questions that they have. We strive to be completely transparent on the services requested. We don’t overstate our capabilities. Next we will discuss budget and service rates, followed by contracts, lastly collect fee or retainer. Every step will be explained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Retired NYPD Lieutenant with 2 decades of experience conducting investigations, special operations and supervision. All work gets done by retired NYPD investigators who have special operation, investigative or supervisory backgrounds.
