I would add the other two, value and responsiveness. William answered my call immediately and fixed two electric outlets the following day. He spent time to explain what the problem was and how we could avoid problems in the future And his price was very reasonable. What more could one ask for!

Will and his assistant Steve did all kinds of work on the electrical system throughout the house to improve and upgrade it by replacing outlets that shorted out,replacing switches and cleaning up wiring that experienced severe leakage. We have old romex wiring that was improperly installed in certain places and it was not an easy job. They also teach you a lot as they work by showing you. I highly recommend them, they're honest,reliable and not going to take advantage of you.
