One of the burners on my electric stove has not worked since we moved to the house. And it’s the biggest burner. My wife said that she really need the problem addressed. I reached out to Outstanding home services. Artem came exactly when he said he would come and within 5 minutes or so he knew exactly what was wrong with the stove. Artem said he would have to pick up part from LI which he did and came back the next day and fixed our stove. He is very professional, and work quality is outstanding. Will definitely use for future

Artem was absolutely amazing to work with. Easy communication, honest, efficient high quality work. We had a broken stove and with a unique part that was extremely hard to find and out of manufacturing window. He went above and beyond to track it down and kept solid, clear communication in the whole process. He said if he couldnt find it he would not charge us for initial consult. Unheard of in NYC these days!!! Already had him back in the home to fix a fridge which once again he labored over to ensure it was back to beyond than new repair. He is our guy!! Never going back to anyone else. Thank you Artem, you rock!
