Glenn was a gift from Computer Heaven. He knows EVERYTHING about computers....He was not only professional and brilliant in diagnosing, repairing and explaining everything, he's nice to boot! (no pun intended LOL) Also, his prices are very fair....it's all fixed when he leaves.

I couldn't be happier. Glen Kept me informed about when he'd arrive and got here earlier than originally expected. Did what needed to be done and I have enjoyed uninterrupted Wi-Fi service for the first time since I moved into this HOUSE!!! Connected new router and made sure my old dad's computer was connected properly. Super worth every cent and was not expensive AT ALL. I recommend this service provider with the highest thumbs up. Offered recommendations in case the router I purchased wasn't strong enough but so far, so good! If I ever have another problem like this again, I know who to call!!!
