Computers r us came to my house to look at my printer and when he saw the issue he was upfront with me and said there was nothing he could do and that it would be better to just buy a new printer,. Although I was disappointed that it could not be fixed I admire the fact that he’s was honest and told me straight forward, honesty is more valuable than just about anything I have learned
