Our award winning smoked Gouda Mac & cheese or our savory smoked beef brisket and succulent pulled pork. They are just a few mouthwatering flavors that put us over the top and we cook with lots of love!!! We slice on Brisket 1 /2 inches thick, and it pulls apart like butter. Our homemade BBQ is different from any other. It will be coming into stores soon. They are for sale and also a free bottle with any party booked. We have been ranked #1 for BBQ in Nassau and Suffolk for a many years now on here. My family has been raising pigs in Manorville for over 130 years. We have over 100 years of culinary expertise between my two chefs and I. I have been a PitBoss for over 25 years. We cater, Mexican/Latin, American & and real homestyle, southern BBQ. First time catering with a food truck I made a great choice Fred was extremely helpful in planning the menu he answered my billions of questions always with the utmost patience…. His food was loved by all !!!!! I received many messages the next day from my guest saying how great the food was . Thank you Fred for making my daughter’s birthday AWESOME !!!!! It’s only been 5 days since the party and Fred had one of my party guest come into his restaurant to order take out WOW ! That’s impressive !!!!! Thanks again Fred for the great experience 👍

Fred and his team catered our wedding for 130 guests. He did a fabulous job and was concerned with every single detail. Fred was able to provide dinner, desserts, wait staff, bartenders, everything! The food was fabulous and we loved working with Fat Boys Bbq!! Thank you Fred!

I was married on 10/28 at The Bates House in Setauket and I am so grateful for fred and his incredible staff. Fred treats you like family the moment you inquire with him about catering. His prices are beyond fair and his food is award winning delicious. My guests are still a week later texting me about how insane ( in a good way) my wedding food was. When it came to making my menu Fred had so many incredible ideas and was so receptive to food allergies, kid friendly food, and that I had a lot of vegan guests. He not only handled the food but provided us with all the beverages and the most incredible staff. The staff made sure to find me during cocktail hour and sat with me while I ate an entire tray of food. I don’t drink alcohol and the staff made sure to keep Bringing me water, sprite, and they also paid so much attention to ensuring my husband and my children were always taken care of. Planning a wedding is stressful and if it wasn’t for FATBOYSBBQ I don’t think my day would have been as amazing as it was. I truly am so thankful and know that when you choose Fred and his team, you will not regret it. THANK YOU!!!!!!

FANTASTIC! We had Fatboysbbqbus cater our outdoor wedding yesterday (6/3/17) and everyone loved the food and the service of the staff. Fred is very professional with a great sense of humor ;) and made sure we had everything we wanted, he went above and beyond. The food, WELL.....the beef brisket was so tender it broke apart before you got the piece to your mouth and it wasn't dry!! The smoked turkey was delicious, not an overly smoked flavor, just enough (dip it in their homemade bbq sauce YUM) If you love mac cheese then Fatboys Smoked Gouda mac n cheese with bacon is a MUST....AMAZING! Hams & Hots, corn on the cob, macaroni salad and corn bread all delicious. My Husband and I have no complaints about anything with our dealing with Fatboysbbqbus, price was great especially for all the food you get. No one will go hungry. We wanted to do a backyard bbq wedding and have a great time with family and friends without all the fancy, dressing up, craziness of a traditional (expensive) wedding and it came perfect. Thank you Fatboysbbqbus!!
