Bluebell recently did some work at our house prior to us listing it to sell. These guys went above and beyond to accommodate us and get the work done within the tight time frame that we had before inspection dates and closing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offering 5% discount for new clients! Every project has different pricing, there is no two projects that are identical. We offer financing through multiple lenders, there is no impact on your credit score it is just a soft pull. For qualified homeowners there is a 0% APR for 21 months and loans up to 12 years. Keep in mind when you get a price that tax’s, insurances still has to be paid by the company, not everything in the price is labor and material, or just labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are in contact with a client first, we would have a conversation via phone to discuss your upcoming project. We would then set up an in-person meeting at the home or project site and discuss details of work to be performed, give a soft cost estimate on the project and go over scheduling. Moving forward we will create a hard cost estimate in contract form and list scope of work and discuss start dates.
