I was quoted a price for the job with and without window cleaning. I told her ahead of time that I did not need the windows cleaned. Halfway through the job, I needed to leave for a meeting and wanted to pay as I was unsure I would be back before they left. They tried to get the price they quoted for cleaning the windows too, stating the house was bigger than they thought. I met them halfway ($250). When I returned, they were gone but the upstairs didn't even look like it had been touched, the bathrooms were still dirty, as was the fridge. I was going to consider hiring them for future monthly cleaning but will unfortunately have to look elsewhere.

I was looking for a deep clean of my house before the arrival of baby #2. Unfortunately my son was sick for our scheduled cleaning, and these ladies were kind enough to reschedule on short notice. When they came over to clean, we had our newborn at home. They showed up on time, got right to work, and did an excellent job. They got to all the places I was unable to get being super pregnant, and de-dusted everything. I feel so relieved to have a nice clean house. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We charge $100 min for standard cleaning (extra bathrooms and projects will be discussed) . $200 min for deep cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ideally like to meet clients and see the job before committing. That way they become comfortable with us and can discuss their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some training in home staging and many years of house cleaning as a mother of 4 children.
